THE MASKED FOUNDERANONYMOUS BUILD LOG

Agents with the
guardrails baked in.

4 blueprints, pulled straight from the systems that run my companies. Each one shows you what the agent does, the rules that keep it safe, and the exact setup file. Built for Claude Code, but the pattern works in any AI tool.

The order matters. Start with The Critic. Every other agent leans on it.

Agent blueprint

The Critic

A read-only reviewer that scores your work before it ships. It flags problems and suggests fixes. It never rewrites.

The guardrails

  • Read-only. It can look, it can never edit.
  • It scores 0 to 100 and anything under 60 blocks the ship.
  • It reviews the work as if a stranger made it. No credit for effort.
  • It stays in its lane: quality only, one job per critic.
Agent blueprint

The Researcher

A weekly sweep of the sources you care about. It returns a short digest where every claim carries its source link.

The guardrails

  • Every claim in the digest carries a link. No link, no claim.
  • It reports. It never acts on what it finds.
  • It says 'nothing worth your time this week' when that is true.
  • It separates what a source PROVED from what it merely SAID.
Agent blueprint

The Content Pipeline

Drafts content on a schedule, runs it past The Critic, then STOPS and waits for your yes. It never publishes on its own.

The guardrails

  • A human approves every piece before it goes anywhere. No exceptions.
  • A hard cadence cap: it never produces more than you set, even if it could.
  • Every draft passes The Critic first. Failing drafts get fixed or killed, not shipped.
  • It never invents proof: no fake numbers, fake customers, or fake stories.
Agent blueprint

The Memory Keeper

Ends every work session by writing down where things stand, so the next session starts warm instead of from zero.

The guardrails

  • The handoff says what is DONE, what is IN FLIGHT, and what is NEXT. Facts, not vibes.
  • Lessons are never deleted. The mistake list only grows.
  • Anything waiting on the human is listed by name, so nothing silently stalls.
  • It records decisions AND the reason, so future-you knows why.

These are patterns, not magic. Read the guardrails before you run anything, and keep a human on every publish button.
